Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and most orders are shipped out the day they are placed.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Refunds: will be issued if products are damaged or incorrect. You must notify us of any issues and provide needed information to process your claim.

Returns: may be made for a refund of the product's cost less a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Cancellation: since we strive to ship our orders fast for our customers, cancellations may not be made in most cases. If you made an order by mistake then you may try to call us right away to stop us from processing your order. Call 407-414-8230.

A: Most orders ship within 24 hours. If your order has an issue we will attempt to contact you.

A: No, we are not setup for backorders. Items will be shown as available when them come back in-stock and will have to be re-ordered.

Q: Do you offer Free Shipping?

A: Since we offer our products at the lowest prices we can, we are unable to offer any shipping discounts. We only charge actual shipping costs and feel this is the fairest method.
